Bill Aycock has a varied commercial real estate law practice. He assists and advises clients in a broad range of commercial real estate matters and transactions, including the representation of owners, developers, buyers, sellers, real estate brokers, and management companies in projects in North Carolina and throughout the Southeast. His practice includes land acquisition and sales, financing, development and sale of planned residential communities, condominiums, apartment communities and related recreational amenities, as well as acquisition, financing, construction, sale and leasing of shopping centers and malls, office buildings, manufacturing and warehouse facilities and other commercial and industrial facilities. He regularly assists clients in the real estate aspects of environmental mitigation and stream and wetland restoration and advises foundations and other not-for-profit entities on real estate related matters.

He served as an officer on active duty aboard a United States Navy destroyer from 1965 to 1967.

Mr. Aycock is married to Alexa and they have two adult children and one grandchild. He enjoys travel, reading and following college athletics.
