Stacey Brady practices in the area of general corporate law with a focus on pass-through entities and their taxation.
She has extensive experience negotiating and preparing operating agreements for complex limited liability company structures and joint ventures. She also counsels clients regularly on executive compensation matters, including all forms of equity-based plans, and reviews and prepares plan documents. She has considerable experience structuring tax-free reorganizations and real estate transactions with limited liability companies and partnerships, including like-kind exchange transactions.
She has represented clients in connection with tax matters before federal, state and local taxing authorities.
