Craig Kiser practices in the commercial real estate field.  He counsels and aids clients in the development, financing and disposition of office, retail, industrial and residential projects, including senior living and low-income housing developments. Mr. Kiser is frequently involved in multiple stages of a given transaction, including entity formation, acquisition of improved and unimproved real property, short-term and long-term planning for commercial and residential developments, and financing, sale and leasing of such developments.  In such efforts, Mr. Kiser has experience preparing organizational documents for partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures, special purpose entities and other entity types, negotiating loan documents on behalf of borrowers for conventional, securitized, Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae and HUD loans, and drafting and negotiating contracts, architectural and construction agreements, and restrictive covenants for commercial and residential developments.

Mr. Kiser also has experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases for landlords and tenants, assisting with resolution of title issues and representing homeowners’ associations.

Mr. Kiser lives in Greensboro with his wife, Heather, and their daughter, Abby.
