Schell Bray Member Mike Godwin spoke at the Charlotte Estate Planning Council meeting held on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at the Charlotte Marriott City Center. Mike spoke on The Legal and Practical Aspects of Family Offices and Private Trust Companies. Mr. Godwin has been active on the Legislative Committee of the Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association and has been on the drafting committees for the North Carolina Uniform Trust Code and the statues dealing with trust compensation and the elective share.
