Dori J. Dixon Speaks at Duke University Osher Lifelong Learning Institute

Dori J. Dixon, a member of the Trusts and Estates Practice Group, will speak in Durham on November 28, 2017 at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Duke. Ms. Dixon’s topic is “Estate and Long-Term Planning.”

Dori Dixon’s practice concentrates on elder law, special needs, and trusts and estates. She counsels clients on issues including special needs planning, guardianships, Medicaid, Veterans benefits, wills, trusts, estate administration, probate, powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney and living wills. In addition to her law practice, Ms. Dixon is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Law at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law, where she teaches in the area of elder law. She currently serves as President of the NC Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
